World Garage: WG Team Speak

World Garage members for some bizzare reason feel the need to actually talk to each other (I know, I know - its madness! ) and to that end we have a Team Speak server so you can join in the fun. Team Speak is a voice communication application with the main advantage being it allows you to pwn noobs in World and laugh about it with fellow WG dwellers!

Joining the WG Team Speak Server

• Download Team Speak 3 from http://www.teamspeak...?page=downloads
  
• Install the application.
  
  When you first start the application you'll be prompted to go through a set-up wizard.
  
  
• Enter your nickname in the first screen.
  
• You'll get the option to have it "Push to Talk" or "Voice Activated"; unless you have an awesome microphone with atmospheric sound canceling so forth, please choose push to talk. Otherwise everytime you breathe out, cough, pass wind etc you'll broadcast those beautiful sounds to everyone!
  
• Test your microphone settings; if you're using a headset you may get a bit of echo but your fellow TS members wont pick this up. You may need to play around a bit with the microphone settings in your sound control panel however to get it working just right.
  
  Once complete you'll be back at the main TS3 screen.
  
  
• Select "Connections" from the toolbar then "Connect"
  
• For "Address" enter 98.175.194.98
  
• For "Port" enter 9987
  
• For "Nickname" enter your nickname.
  
• Press "Connect"
  
  You will now be logged into the server and you'll be able to see all the available channels. Each channel lists whos in it - when you see one you wish to join just right click it and select "Switch channel"
